I have many creatives in my life who inspire me with the way they think and how they translate their mind into a project. That being said, not one of them thrives when it comes to organization. Admin seems to be a skill they just can’t master and often the bane of their existence.
I love developing structures and systems that bring ease to the chaos of creativity.

I worked in administration for a biotech company after finishing university and realized that while I love the work itself, I wanted a more varied environment and flexibility in my life.

Personal
While being an associate business analyst at a biomedical company, I split time between the finance and the research and development teams. I was responsible for the research and analysis of competitor products and markets as well as potential investors for company projects, oversaw several financial and admin tasks, onboarding as well as letter and contract writing.
It was during this time that the organization set up a new company and I was involved with this spin off from the beginning stages through to its establishment.
My university degree focused on the separation between philosophy and psychology; how theories of each discipline evolved and developed into the separate studies they are today.
Through my university studies of three separate yet interconnected disciplines (Philosophy, Psychology, and Scientific Thought at Leeds uni), years training in martial arts alongside my schooling, and working professionally across several different departments, discipline and the ability to multitask effectively have always been central to my work.
